Delete your account

You can delete your Forja account whenever you want, without talking to anyone and without explaining yourself. This page covers how, and what happens next.
From the app
Log in, open Settings, and choose Delete account at the bottom of the page. You will confirm with your password.
Deletion is immediate on your side: the session closes and the account can no longer be used.
If you can no longer log in
Email [EMAIL DE CONTACTO] from the account address asking for deletion. We confirm it is you and handle it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account details: name, email, phone and password.
- All training: sessions, sets, loads, records and notes.
- Measurements, goals and progress photos, including the files.
- Your messages and your membership of any crew.
What is kept
Payment records, with no training data attached, for the period tax law requires.
Technical security logs, for as long as they are needed to detect abuse, after which they are erased.
If you trained with a personal trainer, the work they wrote (the programs they built) stays in their library, without your personal data and without your history.
Backups are erased on rotation, within a maximum of 90 days.
Before you delete
Deletion cannot be undone. If you want to keep your history, export your data first, in Settings.
If you only want to stop receiving messages, you do not need to delete your account: reply STOP on WhatsApp or turn notifications off in Settings.
